You should apply if you have:
- Minimum 8 -10 years broad based business experience, ideally within a Financial Services based institution.
- A range of Brand and Marketing Communications planning and operational experience, including demonstrable success in developing and developing campaign strategies and multi channel high profile campaigns. This should cover experience of identifying the role of research, proposition development, communications, delivery and channel management.
- Asset Management experience essential.
- Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the asset management business served from Switzerland as complex regulated market.
- Proven understanding of customer insights and their role in communications development.
- Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
- Strong understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer and industry trends.
- Proven ability to work on multi function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
- Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities.
- Fluent in English and German language skills in both verbal and writing are required, French is an advantage.
